What is the cancellation/refund policy?

We understand things happen and we are sorry to hear you are needing to reschedule or cancel! Depending on the time of cancellation you may be entitled to receive a refund. Please contact our Hospitality Coordinator to discuss how to reschedule your event or to discuss your options.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable event deposit is required to be paid at the time of contract signing.

I love what I see! How do I rent a space?

Give us a call or submit a contact form. Our team will be ready to serve you and make sure your event is a success!

How early should I book my event?

The sooner, the better! Our premier rental space gets booked years in advance so make sure to contact our Hospitality Coordinator to secure your event.

Events

On the day of the event, will I have someone to work with?

Yes, you will have a dedicated team member assigned to your event to answer any questions or help troubleshoot any thing that may arise.

Do you have a chapel available for weddings?

Yes, we do. The Immaculate Conception Chapel is available for weddings and other events that require chapel space. This is a separate venue from The Whitley, so please reach out for additional information.

Is security required?

Depending on your event, you may be required to hire security. If you do, this will be discussed during your event consultation.

Is alcohol permitted onsite?

Yes, a caterer with the appropriate TABC Liquor Licensing is allowed to serve alcoholic beverages at the event/venue. Please note, the client is not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages at the venue.

Is parking available? Is there on-site parking available?

Yes, we have plenty of parking available for you and your guests.

Am I able to set up early?

Yes, you may! If your rental exceeds eight (8) hours an hourly fee will be incurred.

Is in-house catering available?

Currently we do not provide in-house catering. We do have a catering kitchen on-site and you can choose a vendor from our preferred vendor list or one of your choosing.

Do you offer linen rentals?

Yes, we do offer linen rentals via one of our partner vendors or you can choose a linen rental vendor that best suits your needs.
